Leah studied psychology and music at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA, and received her master's and Ph.D in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, FL. She graduated with concentrations in feedback / coaching, and international I/O psychology. For her dissertation, she created a diagnostic tool that evaluates how ready an organization is for the global environment.

She worked with the McChrystal Group creating leadership development programs, focusing on content, program design, and high-impact experiential exercises. During her time there, she also published thought leadership pieces and presented at conferences on the future of leadership.

In May of 2019 this position was eliminated, and Leah reveled in the time to explore what she wanted to do next. She joined Booz Allen to work on their Executive Talent Management team where she defined and analyzed objective performance metrics for the partners and VPs, and reinvented how the company defines and identifies potential.

Leah joined Citi in January 2022, and led the Measurement and Research team where she integrated her applied research skills with people analytics to spearhead the employee listening strategy and create custom survey tools in the global bank.

She completed her Coactive Professional Coach training in June of 2022.

Outside of work and coaching, Leah plays French horn in local ensembles, and enjoys all things arts and crafts, especially lettering.
